The Mimic was inspired by my people pleasing tendencies, and a desire to become whatever another person needs from me in order to be fulfilled. Sometimes, I can feel as though I am being everything but myself. Sometimes for defense, sometimes for others. The design comes from androgyny, and the mimic octopus.

This design was also inspired by the song Eusexua and wanting to be able to experience every emotion, sensation, and version of myself possible.
